These starter terms describe expected use of Workfolio workspaces, public portfolios, and career management features.
This is a starter terms page and should be reviewed legally before production.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs inside your workspace. Use accurate information and notify the operator if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Do not use Workfolio to publish illegal, abusive, misleading, harmful, infringing, or malicious content. Do not attempt to bypass tenant isolation, authorization controls, or platform security.
User content
You retain responsibility for profile text, project content, images, CV files, links, messages, and other content you upload or publish. Only publish content you have the right to use.
Subscriptions coming later
Current plan and pricing pages are informational. Paid subscriptions, checkout, billing providers, and related payment terms may be introduced later and should be covered by updated terms before launch.
Limitation of liability
Workfolio is provided as a platform tool. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to service
Features, plans, limits, routes, and availability may change over time. Material changes should be reflected in updated public documentation and terms.
